Continuing our relationship with MAACBA — the Mid-Atlantic Association of Colleges of Business Administration — for the fourth year in 2019, I designed and produced the 40+page event program, a suite of poster-sized event signage, and a set of PowerPoint templates for both presenters and event staff. The annual MAACBA conference gives Deans at business schools throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and opportunity to socialize and collaborate, strengthen personal and professional relationships, and share emerging best practices.
Though it takes place for only three days once a year, the MAACBA conference nevertheless competes for Deans’ limited time and professional development budgets. This realization led the organization’s leadership to increase the attention they give to scheduling enticing speakers and promoting the event to prospective attendees.
